If you discover a bug or imperfection in pCAM Pro please let us know instead of writing a negative review.
Your problem can often be easily fixed, and we listen and respond to every user's
email comments.
Have you tried rebooting your device? Always a good place to start in solving issues
with any app.
Seldom do we recommend deleting pCAM Pro and redownloading it, as you will
lose any saved settings, custom formats and filters. If you choose this route, however,
Apple requires that you redownload from the same account initially used to purchase the app.
This is true for any app on the App Store.
Please note that Apple's App Store handles all sales and distribution. Apple doesn’t inform developers who
purchased their app, nor give out any user's email address. If you have issues related to purchasing, downloading,
or redownloading onto a different device... you’ll have to contact Apple directly. As much as we’d like to help,
there’s nothing we can really do.
Bug reports and suggestions are best sent from within the actual app. See the ‘Contact Us’ button
on the Settings screen of your pCAM app. The app's email generates a
tag of the pCAM version you're using along with your device's iOS version.
Very helpful information in solving issues!
If you prefer, use the contact form below, and
please include the correct version numbers for both pCAM Pro and Apple iOS.
NOTE: After 10 years the original pCAM Classic’s legacy code had run its course, and could no longer be updated on the App Store.
Its final version, 4.25, was released in December 2018. That same month pCAM Pro was launched and we appreciate your continued support.
