pCAM Pro's Privacy Policy

pCAM Pro is a cinematography and photography calculator for iPhone, iPad, and Mac. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices.

1. DATA STORED ON YOUR DEVICE

All calculations, settings, and preferences you enter in pCAM Pro are stored locally on your device. We do not operate servers that receive, store, or process your app data. Nothing you enter in the app is transmitted to us or to any third party.

2. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

App Store Analytics (Apple): If you have opted in to share analytics with developers through your device settings, Apple provides us with aggregated, anonymous usage statistics such as app sessions, device type, and iOS version. This data cannot be used to identify you individually. Apple controls this data collection, and you can opt out at any time in your device's Settings under Privacy & Security > Analytics & Improvements.

Crash Reports (Apple): If you have opted in to share analytics with developers, Apple may provide us with anonymous crash reports to help us diagnose and fix issues. These reports do not contain personal information.

Contact Form and Email: If you contact us through our website's contact form or by email, we collect the information you provide (such as your name and email address) solely to respond to your inquiry. We do not use this information for marketing purposes or share it with third parties.

3. INFORMATION WE DO NOT COLLECT

We do not collect personal information, location data, photos, contacts, or any other data from your device. We do not use analytics SDKs, tracking pixels, advertising identifiers, or any third-party data collection tools in the app or on our website. We do not track you across apps or websites.

4. COOKIES

The pCAM website does not set tracking or analytics cookies. The contact form on our Support page uses Cloudflare Turnstile to verify that submissions come from real users rather than automated bots. Turnstile may set a temporary cookie or store a small token in your browser solely to perform this verification, and is removed once the verification is complete. 5. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

pCAM Pro does not integrate with any third-party analytics, advertising, or data collection services. Our website uses Cloudflare Turnstile on the contact form solely to filter out automated spam submissions. When you submit the form, your interaction with the Turnstile widget (and basic technical information your browser sends, such as IP address and user agent) is transmitted to Cloudflare for verification. Cloudflare's privacy practices are described at https://www.cloudflare.com/privacy/. Aside from this single use, no other third-party services are embedded on our website or in the app. Links on our website or in the app to external sites (such as the App Store) are governed by those sites' own privacy policies.

6. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

pCAM Pro does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children under the age of 13. Because the app does not collect personal data, there is no risk of inadvertent collection from minors.

7. DATA SHARING

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties. We may disclose information if required by law, such as in response to a valid court order or subpoena.

8. YOUR RIGHTS

If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), United Kingdom, or another jurisdiction with applicable data protection laws, you have the right to access, correct, or delete any personal information we hold about you. Because pCAM Pro does not collect personal data through the app, these rights primarily apply to any information you have voluntarily provided through our contact form or email.
