Technology has evolved, requiring us to rebuild pCAM from
scratch into this new, separate pCAM Pro app. We appreciate all feedback
during this transition period, whether your issue is big or small.
We're staying ahead of bugs, so please keep updates current. Latest is 1.0.5 (12).
This is the very first version so if you find a bug
please let us know instead of writing a negative review. Your problem
can often be easily fixed, and we listen and respond to every user's
January 2019. After 10 years and 58 updates pCAM Classic's legacy code had
sadly run its course, and was removed from sale. It will continue to
function, however, and new cameras can always be added manually. See
instructions in its Depth of Field User Guide.
Seldom do we recommend deleting pCAM and downloading it
again, as you will lose any saved settings and custom camera formats. If
you choose this route, however, you will not be charged again for the
purchase as long as you use the same account you used initially to
download the app.
Additionally, Apple handles all sales and distribution,
and doesn’t inform the developer who purchases any app. If you have
issues related to purchasing, downloading, or re-downloading onto a
different device... you’ll have to contact Apple directly. As much as
we’d like to help, there’s nothing we can really do.
Bug reports and suggestions are best sent via the ‘Contact Us’ button
within the pCAM Pro app Setting's screen. The app's email generates a
tag of the pCAM version number you're using along with the iOS version
of your device. Very helpful information in solving issues!
If you prefer, use the contact form below and
please include both pCAM and iOS version numbers.
